Our 22 Ft. 2022 Jayco Travel Trailer is perfect for the couple, single person, or small family. It is easy to tow for most vehicles with a dry weight of 3075 lbs. and gross weight is 3950 lbs. Sleeps up to 5, 1 Queen size bed with privacy curtain. The bunk beds hold up to 300 lbs. and are 29 x 75 inches. The dinette does drop down for capability of sleep for a small child. This camper has everything you need to stay warm or cool. A/C, heat, electric awning with LED lights, AM/FM stereo with MP3/iPod input jacks and Bluetooth connectivity for your entertainment needs. Both indoor and outdoor speakers. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, pantry and 2 burner range with large cooking area. TV hook ups are available if desired. This camper is stocked with basic amenities: Pots/pans, crockpot, place setting for 4, plates, bowls, silverware, cups, basic cooking utensils, can opener, toaster, and a coffee maker. Kitchen towels/washcloths 4 camping chairs, outdoor rug and basic cleaning supplies provided.

Please note; we have secured parking for your vehicle during your camping trip and also have waste disposal for your black and grey waters upon return. Bedding sets and Blackstone grill are available for rental if needed or interested. Ask us about our extended rentals as well.
